'Have kept the shot long so that anyone unfamiliar with the plant can get a decent, longer, look at the structure of the parts. Note that Lily-of-the-Valley has leaves of a similar outline form and should be regarded as toxic. Crush the leaves of Ramsons (Allium ursinum) and you will most definitely smell garlic. In fact when you are close to a large patch of ramsons you can usually smell the garlic odour with any leaf crushing. If in the slightest doubt about this, or any wild plant to use as a foodstuff, don\'t pick or consume it. SAFETY... Always make sure that you have positive ID on an edible wild plant. If not, do not consume it. Check that you are \'tolerant\' to the plant before you eat is as food, and check for medical contra-indications. Check the environment that you harvest from for contaminants.'
